Through the appointment of a female Joint CEO, chairperson of the board and CFO, Kudos Knowledge is truly setting the bar high for gender diversity in the workforce.
Despite the innovative culture in technology organizations such as Google and Facebook, there is still lack a strong representation of women in senior roles. Facebook with its recent listing on the stock exchange has only freshly announced the first female board member and yet they have almost 50% women subscribers that they tap into for their advertising revenue.
